What you can expect

Lake Tinaroo is simply breathtaking during the rising and setting of the sun, and there's no better way to admire it than floating on a stand up paddle board. Pick up is scheduled for 2pm if it's the sunset you're catching, or 5am for the sunrise paddle. The drive to the lake takes around 2 hours, which is broken up with a leisurely stop for coffee along the way.

On arrival at the lake, the team will take a safety briefing and full lesson to ensure all boarders feel happy and safe before we get paddling. With 2.5 hours on the water, there will be ample time to look for wildlife and admire the region's scenery before catching the sun's grand rise or set and enjoying a delicious vegan-friendly bite to eat. The sunset tour will see you back at Cairns at around 9:30pm, while the sunrise tour takes you home by about 10am.
