- Participants must arrive half an hour before their booked time
- Open every day - 9am to 5pm (Closed Christmas Day, Good Friday & Anzac Day half day)
- Runs for 6 months at a time (summer/spring) - 1st May
- As this is an open-dated voucher, at the completion of your purchase, you will need to contact the tour operator to check availability and book in an available date and time (Tour Operator details will be printed on your tour voucher)

- G Link Tram station ‘Broadwater Parklands’ is a 5-minute walk to GC Aqua Park

- Minimum age of participation is 5yrs
- Children under 10yrs must be accompanied by a paying adult (ratio of 1 adult to 2 children)
- All participants under the age of 18 will need a parent/legal guardian to sign the waiver for them before participation on their first visit
- All participants must be able to swim
- No size restrictions
- For safety reasons, the park may close if there is lightning within a 5km radius of the park
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- As this is an open-dated voucher, at the completion of your purchase, you will need to contact the tour operator to check availability and book an available date and time

Very pleased with the experience and the value for money.
Great fun for the kids and for me (dad). 50-mins doesn’t seem that long for a session, but it’s quite a workout if you go hard. The value is decent. There’s nothing too scary for the kids, but it’s still quite exciting and a small rush for them. We’ve been a handful of time already and will go again in the future.
