- Ferry and all piers are wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps and wheelchair friendly areas
- Prams, bicycles, surfboards and other sports equipment are welcome to be taken on board
- Concession rate is valid for holders of current Pension Card or Student Card (card must be shown)
- Ticket is valid for one calendar day only
- Bookings are not required and seats on the ferry are granted on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment
- Ticket will be validated on the day of the journey by crew members
- Tickets should be treated like cash as lost tickets are not able to be replaced
- All cruises are weather, minimum passenger number, and Queensland Health advisory dependent
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the operator, you will be provided with a full refund (excluding gift vouchers) or a 12-month credit to use towards another cruise
- The operator reserves the right to substitute the vessel or change the itinerary without notice

Easy to purchase. Loving the ride. Nice to be on the ferry.
Easy to purchase. Great discount. It was a nice day to be on the ferry ride. A good 1 to 2 hours ride. We travelled from one end to another end. Way up to sea world. Very reliable. A good day hangout activity. Enough space for the kids to move around.

Just the best activity to do here on the Gold Coast. You get to see the sight at a reasonable price too
This is the best way to see and get around the Gold Coast. Whether you want to just go from A to B or spend a few hours, this is a good value for money experience. You can buy drinks on-board: alcoholic, too! There is also running commentary from the drivers in your journey.

Best thing ever to put on the Nerang river, I’m so lucky I moved here on the Chevron Island in October 2021 so lucky.
Love doing this Hop-on Hop off, I’ve done this a few times since it’s opened. About to take my sister from Coffs Harbour she’ll be visiting next week. It’s the best thing ever to be put on the Nerang River and so happy I moved here on Chevron Island, to be able to take advantage of this as often as I like.
